Hi, I'm Julie.

Taking ownership of my health and wellness literally changed my life.

In my early 20s my days were filled with doctor’s appointments and diagnoses of different health disorders. I struggled with allergies, eczema, and what seemed to be problems with every organ in my body. I had zero energy – There were times when I was literally sleeping 20 hours a day. I had no idea what was wrong with me, let alone, how to go about getting better.

Let’s flashback for a second. As a kid, I had endless energy. Being the only girl with two brothers, I grew up seeking every opportunity to be outside and play sports. I was so confident and passionate when it came to sports that you could say that my athleticism was what most defined me. 

Realizing that I wanted to get back to my days of infinite energy, I decided that I had to take control of my own destiny, regardless of the unlucky hand I’d been dealt.

Like any transition, there was plenty of trial and error, setbacks, and mistakes that I had made. But it was the mindset and ownership of my life that got me through. Today, I’m once again a competitive athlete, work full-time, and still have the energy to raise my two children.

Taking control of my wellness was the most important decision I made to regain control of my life. Now I want to help you regain control of yours.

NEURO-TRAINING PROGRAM

Forging Wellness Neuro-Training is a comprehensive wellness program designed to help you achieve your highest level of performance, recovery and health.

This program has been crafted from a blend of cutting edge understanding of neuroscience, stress physiology, sports science and movement education that will help you reach deeper into your mind, body and spirit to find new ways of moving beyond what you thought possible.

The program runs for 12 weeks including biweekly live Q&A sessions. Note: the pace can be adjusted based on individual needs.
